About MACN
The Mid-Atlantic Consultants Network (MACN) is an open association of independent consultants in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. We meet regularly to learn how to grow our consulting practices, improve our skills as consultants, and strive to serve our clients more effectively.
While most of our member consultants are based in the Philadelphia area, our clients are located around the world. We work everywhere; we just choose to live in the Greater Philadelphia, Southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware region.
Our meetings are held at 7:30 am on the second Monday of every month, and we meet at the Merrill Lynch offices at 724 West Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, Pennsylvania. Each meeting begins with us introducing ourselves and summarizing what we do for our clients, in three words or less. This is followed by a guest speaker (often one of our members), speaking on a topic that will help us in managing the business aspects of our practices or in better serving our clients.
Since 1992, MACN has proven itself as a valuable resource for independent consultants:
- Whether you are just starting out as a consultant, or whether you have been a successful consultant for the past 20 years, there is always more to learn about growing and managing your consulting practice.
- No one can do everything themselves. The connections we make at MACN allow us to work together to provide our clients a more complete solution.
- Meeting new people, hearing new ideas, and being part of a strong and supportive community can keep you and your consulting practice fresh, flexible, and strong.
Joining MACN is easy. Simply come to a meeting. The dues are reasonable, as there are no dues. MACN is an all-volunteer organization.
